Jeremiah Drake is the youngest of the notorious Drake Brothers and a mechanic who works for Mr. Mayes. He has always been led to believe that the shop will be his one day and works hard to prove himself.
Landry Mayes has come back to town to help her grandfather out when he ends up in the hospital. She believes that the shop will be hers one day and is ready to get it back in to prove herself. She is extremely attracted to Jeremiah but knows that he wants the shop for himself.
With Landy and Jeremiah at odds over who will take over the shop will they get their act together before it's too late?
I really enjoyed this quick read on the youngest Drake brother!
I must admit that I love these brothers and think they are really great guys with a bad rep! Jeremiah was a hard worker and was determined to own the shop but Mr. Mayes had different plans. The sexual tension between Landry and Jeremiah was through the roof.
I loved the twist at the end with the note and kind of knew that's what he had planned all along!
