My review of Bending Bethany by Aria Cole

Bethany Howard is a good girl who tends to live life as far away from the fast lane as possible. Her lives involves going to school as a biology major and trying to get as good of grades as possible. When her older sister Taylor drags her out for a night out the last thing she is expecting is a one night stand.

Jensen Abbott is a professional soccer player and is having difficulty finding any girl that wants him for the real him and not just as an "athlete". When he meets Bethany in the bar and brings her home the last thing he expects is for her to be gone when he wakes up.

But Jensen won't give up on Bethany and tries to show her that there is more to life than school. Will Bethany allow Jensen a chance or will she be put off with his constant pestering?

I thought this was a sweet romance story about not giving up.

I thought Bethany was great in that she had a goal in mind with school and that was her main focus. She wasn't looking for a relationship so when Jensen showed up I think she was confused on what to do as it wasn't part of her plan! She had no idea on what to do!

Jensen was awesome in that he was a well known athlete but he didn't enjoy the fame that came with it and felt right away that he had something with Bethany. I loved his tactics of getting her attention and thought he had a great sense of humour!

Such a great quick read and lots of fun!
